We, Ohio Home Care Alliance, LLC. provide care and support services for individuals with mental and developmental disabilities. It is our firm belief that all of us have a right to be treated equally as members of the same community that we inhabit. Our services help individuals and their families to cope with the daily living challenges associated with developmental disabilities. We assist them in finding ways to manage health conditions and find suitable living and work environments where they can practice their independence for as long as possible. The key is to keep individuals out of institutionalized settings and to integrate them in the community where they can be part of the neighborhood, their home town and the community in general.
We provide the following medical support services:
- Skilled Nursing Care: Licensed professionals provide essential medical support, including health status monitoring and medication management.
- Therapy Services: Physical and occupational therapy are available to improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning, offering crucial rehabilitation support.
- Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing medical supervision is offered for individuals with persistent health conditions, ensuring that their care needs are consistently met.
We provide the following non-medical support services:
- Personal Care Assistance: Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming promotes independence.
- Companion Services: Engaging with trained caregivers can offer emotional support and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Respite Care: Family caregivers can receive temporary relief through respite services, allowing them to recharge while ensuring their loved ones are cared for.
